Our strong relationships with collegiate programs and our deep understanding of the student-athlete experience allow us to create the ideal spotlight for every athlete we represent. ESE athletes gain visibility through multiple channels, and we are continually evolving to open new doors and opportunities for our student-athletes.
Profile
We work with the student-athlete, family, coaches, and teachers to put together a profile for each prospect that will highlight their academic and athletic achievements. This paints a picture of the individual’s work ethic, character, commitment, and aspirations within their sport. The profiles are tailored to the athlete, sport, and desired audience to maximize the effect.
Video
Video is becoming more important than ever before in the recruiting process. With resources and scouting time becoming more limited at the collegiate level it means coaches want to have access to more video footage to identify potential recruits. Beyond that, coaches want to be able to visualize the student-athlete’s skillset within their program and distinguish if it aligns with their current needs. Video is also an amazing tool to highlight areas of growth, improvements based on feedback and coachability. All important attributes desired at the collegiate level.

INFORMATION & SUPPORT
What makes Elite Sports & Education different from every other company? The simple answer is our culture. The long answer is that we focus on our communication, support, and relationships with each student-athlete & family we work with.
Our goal is not just to land scholarship opportunities for those we work with. It is to guide them through their career, work through obstacles together, and provide information on each step along the way. This means utilizing resources for academic goal-setting, SAT prep, physical conditioning, identifying the right opportunities and much more. We communicate with transparency at each stage, and with the focus of building long-term relationships with every family.
NETWORK OF COACHES
We have developed a vast network of College coaches and Athletic Directors at schools in both the US and Canada. These coaches receive thousands of emails and calls from prospects and it is impossible to respond to all. With the relationships that we have developed, it makes it easier for us to communicate with them and generate desired outcomes.
Coaches & programs also contact us to identify potential recruits for their programs. These requests may be general and for future needs, or they could be highly specific for current scholarship opportunities. Our extensive network continues to grow due to the increasing importance of recruitment, and the experience each ESE representative brings to the team.
EXPOSURE OPPORTUNITIES
In order to be as effective as possible with generating exposure it is crucial to have a marketing gameplan in place. This involves promotion through various social media platforms and our company website. Coaches utilize multiple means to identify premier recruits including these components, so we tap into all available resources to generate touchpoints.
Our social media channels are also connected with many of the coaches & programs we work closely with at the NCAA & U Sports level. This ensures they are seeing our student athletes early in the process, which increases the odds of being scouted moving forward.
SEMINARS & EVENTS
Elite Sports & Education is designed to amplify exposure for elite student athletes, so we also facilitate various events to provide exclusive opportunities. These include recruiting seminars, exposure events, informational webinars and meetings with various coaches and programs.

Our exposure events are sport-specific and may be designed for local progression, or for generating interest at the collegiate level. These events are exclusive to our athletes and are being operated across Canada.
Every month we will run webinars designed to supplement our student athlete’s knowledge and information on various topics. The focal points could range from academic achievement to goal setting to understanding what is required for success at the highest level. Often these calls feature a prominent guest speaker who shares critical insights for the group.
